4 tricks for strong and healthy nails
- Take care of your diet. The state of our nails can be a trigger on the state of our health and on certain deficiencies that our body has, such as the lack of vitamins B and E. A correct diet, which includes seafood, eggs, oats, dried fruits, dairy, oily fish or olive oil, will help us improve our health in general and that of our nails.
- Use suitable products. Be very careful with the type of polish you use for your nails. Before buying any, take a good look at its composition and avoid those that contain substances such as formaldehyde, deputy phthalate (DBP) and toluene. A poor choice of nail polish can cause dry, brittle, scaly nails and can even generate certain allergies in other parts of the body that we keep in contact with our nails/hands, such as the eyelids, neck or mouth.
- Hydrate them. Dry, cracked and rough hands? A good moisturizing hand cream and a gentle massage in the morning and in the afternoon and… Solved!
